Exhibitor Information

This year marks the 28th celebration of the Suwanee Day family festival to be held in the beautiful 10-acre Town Center Park.  Over the past few years, as many as 40,000 people have come to Town Center Park to enjoy a gorgeous and very successful Suwanee Day!

We appreciate your interest in being a part of this year’s “Celebration of Community.” We know that exhibitors are a key component of a successful festival, and we continue to focus our efforts on enhancing the festival layout, communicating with exhibitors, and maintaining the highest quality of products available.

Town Center Park is located at the corner of Buford Highway and Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road.   Exhibit hours will be from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday, September 17; food vendors only may opt to stay through the evening entertainment until 10 p.m.

Just as in previous years, preference will be given this year to exhibitor applicants who offer individually made artistic and craft items. Applicants will be selected through a jury process, not on a first-come, first-served basis. The jury process will help ensure that the Suwanee Day festival offers a high-quality and varied assortment of items. Please include two photos of your products, one of your booth set-up and one photo of you working on your craft, your craft in process, or your work area to assist the selection committee.  The committee will do its best to limit vendors in each category to avoid product duplications.  Please make sure you send quality photos of your work.  You may send as many photos as you feel necessary to best represent your work.

Please note that application for booth space does not imply acceptance of an exhibitor. Applications, along with a check made payable to the City of Suwanee, are due by June 1.  Applicants will be notified by the end of June whether their application has been accepted or denied.  Checks received from applicants who are not accepted will be returned.

No exhibitors, other than those specifically accepted as authorized food/concession vendors, shall sell or give away any food or beverage item or any consumable goods.  No vendors will be allowed to use grease in Town Center Park unless it is in a self contained trailer. Failure to abide by this guideline as well as other festival rules outlined in the Exhibitor Rules and Guidelines document may result in immediate removal from the festival.

Accepted exhibitors will be advised of set-up times and receive booth assignments, directions, parking passes, and additional festival information shortly after the selection process is completed. Set-up is anticipated to begin around 9 a.m. on Friday, September 16, and will likely be staggered throughout the day in order to reduce traffic congestion.

Do you have what it takes to be Best in Show?  Participate in our Best of Show program for an additional $25 and see if you have what it takes.  This optional competition features a judging panel review with the winner receiving prize money!  The top three vote getters split the Best in Show entry fees and are also awarded during the festival.  Just enter, and include the $25 fee in your registration.
