The 2007 Suwanee Day parade celebrated “A Day in the Park.” Among the award-winning participants who marched in the parade were:

- Annandale Village – Most Creative (First Place)
- Mercy Flight Southeast – Most Creative (Second Place)
- Cub Scouts Pack 518 – Best Use of Theme (First Place)
- Special Needs Pediatric Therapy Services – Best Use of Theme (Second Place)
Peachtree Ridge High School Cheerleaders – Spirit Award (First Place)
- Riverside Elementary Rockets – Spirit Award (Second Place)
